Contrary to what the name might suggest, the schiacciata di Pasqua (Easter flatbread)  is not flat in shape but a highly leavened cake with a dough worked and fermented in a natural way.

INGREDIENTS: Eggs, Flour type ”0” , Flavours, Mint Rosolio, Vanillin, Butter, Anise, Milk, Sugar, Honey.
